Sport and leisure activities are an integral part of any Rixos holiday, whether you are looking to try something new, solo or as a family, improve your forehand technique or invigorate your senses with a series of Asana’s.
We place no limits on what our guests can do. That means everyone is welcome to do as much or as little as they wish. Whether a regular or reluctant gym-goer, time or inspiration starved, our team of elite instructors and our (almost) endless list of activities are there to inspire and ignite your passions.
Our luxury resorts take advantage of their natural surroundings, and many of our exhilarating activities take place on the water including, scuba diving, windsurfing and snorkelling.
For those who prefer land-based activities, our professional team run sports clinics and coaching. From high-intensity cardio to lower intensity resistance classes, we welcome beginners and experts to our studio classes. Our classes are for you to challenge you. For those who want to harmonise mind and body, pilates and yoga classes are offered in the open air, under the early morning sun or as the evening sun dips below the horizon
Team athletes can play football on professional standard pitches,
basketball, volleyball or beach volleyball and individualists can play golf
on our fantastically designed greens, tennis on one of the many Rixos
hard courts, badminton or do archery or shooting practice. Even winter sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions in our hotels in Davos and Sochi.
Of course, activities are not always about performance and training. Some are purely for fun. Water sports enthusiasts enjoy themselves in water parks. They can swim in our countless pools with the whole family, experience the thrill of paragliding or catamaran sailing or discover an entirely new world under the sea while diving.
